Refund and Returns Policy
At TEEZEX, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand (POD) products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 Days if there are any issues.
Return Eligibility
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the item is defective, damaged, or arrives incorrectly, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, including personalized items or custom-designed merchandise, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Refunds
If your product is eligible for a refund due to defects or damage, please contact us at contact@teezex.com with:
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and prefer a replacement, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Please provide the same details mentioned above, and we will initiate the exchange process.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. As most products are custom-made, we cannot cancel an order once it has entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
5. Shipping Returns
In the event of a return due to a defective or damaged product, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the product back. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
